In version 2.0+ you can choose which Read Later service to use: either Instapaper or Pocket.
In the Settings app scroll down to find the settings for ANE.
Select which Read Later service to use, in this case Pocket.
There's no need to enter your credentials at this stage as you'll be asked to authenticate your Pocket account inside the app when you first save an article to Pocket.
