Versions previous to 1.3.2 were storing a large amount of cached files when backing up to Dropbox. Version 1.3.2 and later fixes this.
To fix, make sure you have at least 1.3.2 and then in the settings within the app unlink Dropbox then link Dropbox again. Once you've done this you should find that the storage taken up by Kennedy has significantly reduced.
